Exhasted. Sleepy time. I could take a 15 hour nap and I should be good after that. But I had an amazing district council this morning that my obisbo came to! He went really deep into the doctrine of the great Apostasy. It was crazy. He had scripture references for everything. When you loose the authority from the earth we can see how easy and fast religion can be interpreted differently and changed and manipulated. But after him going off for 30 he bore such a simple, but extremely powerful testimony. When teaching the great Apostasy we can get into all of the nitty gritty doctrine but all that leads to is contention. Bear simply of the truth of the restoration of the gospel of Jesus christ. How it came to be and why it is important to you. Book of Mormon is the anchor!!

Transfers are caotic!! I feel like we are finally getting caught up today. Being able to respond to all of our people and get this week rolling with spreading the word. 

Other days:

A member fed me a five star dinner!! Pretty much all of the lessons we planned on canceled on us, sad but okay still going strong!!

The AC went out in their apartment for a week.

The ward had a four hour party for mothers day.

Fancy lobster/steak dinner at a members house.

Someone couldn't quite make the dirty diapers in to the garbage.

the highlights of my week are as follows:

First, We were teaching a family and there was a mom her 8 year old son and 1 year old daughter. The boy was playing with one of those water balloon things that you can fill up a bunch at once, like puttin all his saliva in it. then it proceeded to go all over the floor. There was a towel right in front of him, but he chose to scoot across the floor on his butt to clean up the spit and water. 

AND I COULDNT LAUGH I WAS TEACHING

second, I went to a birthday party for someone I am teaching. His name is Rafa and he just turned 9. This kid. I love this kid with my whole heart he is so funny and has so many questions. he is so serious when were around and tries to act cool and pretend he doesn{t like us, but he does. Anyway, we were invited to his birthday party and it was the best party I have ever been to in my life. they had a clown who was hilarious and everyone was getting into it having a good time and dancing playing games eating such good food. yeah it was a lot o fun Ill put some pictures of what you missed out on. 

but other than that, we have been teaching so many people and there have been too many miricles to count. It is such a blessing to be able to serve and teach people to come closer to christ and learn more about the gospel.

We had a cultural fair this weekend! It was a blast, there was food from 12+ countries and performances which included dancing and singing. We have some talented people in the ward I am serving in. There was even a fire spinning dance thing?!?! And they had decorated it super cute. 1000 people showed up it was truly and amazing experience. (The church gym was SO HOT) 

I'm loving it out here(though I am scared for the humid summers). But the most amazing part of everything is seeing the lords hand in daily missionary life. Prayers continually being answered, knocking on a random door and hearing exactly what I needed to hear in specific moments. As you look for His hand in your life, I know you will see the blessings and miracles He provides for us. We are so loved.
