There were screams... of joy. Because:

So exciting!! I can't believe President Nelson announced a Charlotte, North Carolina temple! Wow wow wow. And general conference was so so good! If you weren't able to watch it, listen to it when it comes out!

I forgot to mention in my last email that I am serving in the South Charlotte Stake, just south of the city. Me and my companion share the area with elders (they used to be a trio but sadly one was sent somewhere else) we cover a lot of ground so we get a car(yay!!)

But I cannot believe that it has been another week, time is crazy on a mission bc it feels so slow but so fast.

A tender mercy is that I was able to make banana bread this week🙏🙌

My favorite thing that I am able to do is teach an English class every Tuesday and Thursday. And the people who come in are from 20-60 years old and seeing the efforts they are doing to speak English to communicate is so beautiful. Bc their English is like my Spanish right now. Not the best. But it is a lot of fun and they have some crazy stories!! One guy hiked from south America to America and it took him a month and 15 days to walk so he could have a better life.

Love y'all,

*******

There is a question that helps me keep Jesus Chirst and my Heavenly Father on my mind throughout my day and week.

How have you seen the hand of the lord?

Anyways it's so fun being a missionary where this is my entire focus, being able to see the beauty on the earth around me and what He has created to the beautiful souls he has placed in my path wanting to learn more about the gospel. As you look for the hand of the lord in your daily lives you will see Him helping you all throughout your day.

Thanks all I have this week folks,
I love you all!
