First day!

Hermana Dittmer had an interesting first day. 

We woke up to some major snow drifts === completely snowed in all day. Even the snow plows were stuck often. 

So. What did Allison do with the day? Go sledding of course! 

We played a few games. Watched one more episode of The Chosen. 

About 6pm, "Big Yellow" came by our house. Justin still had to plow part of the road but we could make it out of our neighborhood! 

We stopped at Costco to buy new suitcases because Isaac's old ones from his mission wouldn't stand up on their own 🙄.

Redeemed 60 Culvers Scoopie Tokens for 6 kids meals.

And finally, said our goodbyes. She seems in very good spirits and ready to get started on this adventure.

We sat and watched her waiting for someone to help her with her suitcases and show her to her new room.  But it was taking too long so we left. 

She loves her companion, Allison Greenwood, so we were hoping to see them meet.
