Hermana Dittmer has been enjoying home MTC, where she has been spending most of her waking minutes learning about Jesus Christ,  His gospel, and Spanish. 

Her companion is also an Allison,  Hermana Greenwood from Texas. Hermana Dittmer really likes her and her district (9 people total) .  Something I love, is that these people will be with her in the MTC in Provo,  same companion.  

Hermana Dittmer was asked to speak at the leadership meeting of Stake Conference on the Law of Obedience.  While it was a good opportunity etc,  it took a lot of time from her studies.  She did a great job,  including The Parable of the Maroon Mini Van.  All of the siblings have used this 2002 rusted van so it had been through a lot.  It has been backed in to,  side swiped, backed in to someone else,  and keyed.  - You need to pay attention to your surroundings (be obedient) when driving.  Christ is there to help fix these blemishes,  whether done by yourself or someone else.

¡Hola!

I loved hearing from each and every one of you! It has still been such a busy week nothing new, still have zoom classes from 8AM to 9PM and small breaks in between. But I look forward to every class.

My companion, Allison Greenwood, is from Texas and she will be serving in Idaho, Pocatello, Spanish speaking. She is amazing I love her more and more every day.

My district is small, nine of us in total and we really like talking. They are an amazing bunch of missionaries.

Spiritual thought:

Ether 12:4 Wherefore, whoso believeth in God might with surety hope for a better world, yea, even a place at the right hand of God, which hope cometh of faith, maketh an anchor to the souls of men, which would make them sure and steadfast, always abounding in good works, being led to glorify God.

I was reading in the Book of Mormon with my family and mi padre explained the highlighted section as such;

"You are in a boat going down a raging river and a waterfall is coming up ahead. But you have your anchor of faith and hope. You throw it in hopes of not falling to your death. You know, without a doubt that this anchor will hold you until you can get saved.

"But if your faith wavers, the anchor may slip out of place and you could fall off the waterfall.

" So, in times of trial, it is necessary to have your anchor of hope and faith so you don't fall."
