This last week we had to drive 45 min to a meeting that we had and on the way there we got stuck in some traffic. We get stopped on a one lane road with a pespi truck is right in front of us so we couldn't see what's going on. We are sitting there for a minute and getting impatient because we had places to be! So sitting there for a solid 5 minutes we decide that I should step out and see what's going on. I take one step out of the car and see a dude holding up a stop sign for construction. And we are immediately not annoyed anymore. But eventually we start driving and there is a car at the front leading us down this long stretch of road. On the back of this car was a sign that simply said 'follow me' and this immediately reminded me of our savior who invited us to come, follow him. This was a beautiful example of how we sometimes get riled up and don't see the road in front of us, but Jesus Christ is there to protect and guide us.
